The Agreements page holds information about your FuturePay agreements. FuturePay is the internet-based version of traditional standing order and direct debit payments. It allows you to set up and maintain regular online payment agreements with your customers.
FuturePay cannot be used with Mail Order Telephone Order (MOTO) payments. |
There are two types of FuturePay agreement:
Limited agreements, where you can take variable payments at any time, within limits that you place on: a) the total amount payable, and b) the interval of payments.
Regular agreements, where payments occur at regular fixed intervals and you can fix or vary the amount paid.
The Administration page lets you view, change and cancel your agreements.
The agreements available to you may depend upon the way your account has been set up. For instance, your company may have multiple merchant codes, and you may well have access to all agreements across multiple merchant codes, on the other hand you may have access only to agreements for a single merchant code. Please contact us if you want to change the scope of your access.
If you attempt to access agreements you do not have access rights to, a message box will inform you:
You do not have permission to access that FuturePay agreement. Please contact your company's administrator.

This FuturePay section is designed to give you enough information to complete most of the tasks you will need to do. For complete information about FuturePay, refer to the FuturePay Guide. Please be aware that some areas of this guide describe an older version of the Worldpay Business Manager (which is still in use), known as the Merchant Interface, or Merchant Administration Interface (MAI). Any instructions which talk about the Merchant Interface will not follow the same path as the Worldpay Business Manager. |
There are a number of reports available to you on this page. To find out more about these reports, please see the "What do you want to do?" section of the FuturePay Guide.
