A button on the FuturePay View Agreement page lets you reset a customer's password.
1. Enter the Agreement ID and click the View Agreement button. The agreement will be displayed in the View Agreement Page.
2. Click the Reset Shopper Password button. The new password will be generated and sent to the shopper only by email. Note that you will never have access to the password.
If successful, a green banner will appear at the top of the page advising you that the password has been changed. Otherwise a red banner will show the reason why the change failed.
A record of the reset will also be kept in the agreement's audit history.
