About this guide

This guide explains how to use the Worldpay Business Manager. The index on the left copies the route into different parts of the system.

Some of these guides describe an older version of the Worldpay Business Manager (which is still in use) called the Merchant Interface, or Merchant Administration Interface (MAI). Please be aware that some areas of the Merchant Interface are in a different place in the Worldpay Business Manager, but we have done our best to keep the names of these areas the same.

Audience

This guide is for Business Gateway merchants. This guide assumes that you have full permissions to access all features of the Worldpay Business Manager. The User Management Guide can tell you more about permissions.
