The Profile page presents an overview of the settings in the Worldpay payment service for your merchant code, and enables you to edit a number of these settings, including Financial reports.
The Merchant Interface in the test environment only allows you to change the two passwords for that environment. |
All the settings are detailed in these pages:
Identification - contains settings relating to your merchant code, password etc.
Shopper pages - contains settings for the Payment Method Selection screen. This is where your shoppers are directed
Call Centre properties - available for merchants using the Virtual Terminal Interface. For more details, please refer to the Hosted Call Centre Application Guide.
Payment service - for entering payment-related settings, such as the maximum amount allowed per order
Contact properties - the Shop, Technical and Financial Contact Properties sections holds details of your representatives who can be contacted if a technical or financial issue occurs.
Sub-menu items - describes the submenu items displayed when you select the Profile menu
These options may also be available, depending on your setup:
Merchant channel - where you can set up notifications
Merchant environment - here you set up IP addresses for the test environment, and view Live IP addresses
Configuration details - view settlement bank account details, settlement currency and maximum transaction amount
New Pay Page migration properties - customise the look and feel of payment pages displayed to your shoppers
Financial reports - where you set up automated reports. For details, see Financial reports.
The Merchant locale settings, if displayed, are for future enhancements, and not currently used. |
Changes you make in the Profile page will take effect when you select the Save Profile button near the bottom of the page.
