Payment filters enable you to search for a payment or a selection of payments. Your choice of filter or filters will depend on the details you know about the payment or payments you want to find. Filters are found in the column heading on certain Merchant Interface pages (Payments page, Bulk Capture page and Dispute Management page).
Filters on the Payments page enable you to search on all payments (although you should note that a date restriction applies to some searches).
Filters found on other Merchant Interface pages, such as the Bulk Capture page and the Dispute Management page enable you to filter on payments for that particular page.
Date restriction - a 31-day date restriction applies to searches
Multiple filters - more than one filter can be used to search
Disable filters - filters remain enabled and will affect all subsequent searches unless they are disabled
Transaction ID filter - search for a transaction or a selection of transactions by entering a full Transaction ID or partial Transaction ID and a wildcard
Creation date filter - search for payments by specifying a date or date range
Amount filter - search for payments specifying an amount or amount and currency
Last Event filter - search by specifying a payment status. When you use this filter, the Creation Date filter automatically changes to Last Update Filter
Cart ID filter - search for a payment specifying a shopping Cart ID
Credit card/bank account - search for a payment by specifying a credit/debit card
Last Update filter - search for a payment specifying a date or date range. This filter replaces the Creation Date filter when the Last Event filter is used
