When you search on payments using a filter, that filter is enabled. Unless you disable a filter, it will remain enabled while you are in the Merchant Interface page where you selected the filter. An enabled filter is coloured green .
After enabling a filter, all subsequent searches are made on the last payment selection. To disable a filter, select the filter you want to disable in the column heading to open the filter's pop-up box and then select the disable filter icon
If you select another Merchant Interface page or log out, all the filters you have enabled are disabled.
