Search on Last Event (payment status)

Use the Last Event filter to search for a payment or a selection of payments that are currently at a particular payment status. For example, AUTHORISED, CAPTURED or SETTLED.

To search using the Last Event filter:

1.       Select the Last Event filter to open the Filter on Cart ID Pop-up box.

2.       Select a payment status from the drop-down list.

3.       Choose the Select button to start the search. All payments that have match the search criteria are displayed. If no payments match the criteria entered then the following message is displayed: No payments for the current filter were found.

If you are using this filter on the Payments page, when you initially specify the Last Event Filter the Creation Date field is changed to the Last Update field. Should you wish to further filter the payment selection, you can then select a date range relating to your chosen payment status using the Last Update field.
