Use the Cart ID filter to search for a particular payment by entering the full shopping cart ID.
1. Select the Cart ID filter to open the Filter on Cart ID Pop-up box.
2. Enter the full shopping cart ID in the Cart ID equals text box to search on a particular Cart ID.
3. Choose the Select button to start the search. All payments that have match the search criteria are displayed. If no payments match the criteria entered then the following message is displayed: 'No payments for the current filter were found.'
