Search on credit or debit card

Use the Credit Card filter to search for payments specifying a credit or debit card number used by a shopper.

To search using a credit/debit card number:

1.       Select the Credit Card/Bank Account filter to open the Filter on Credit Card/Bank Account pop-up box.

2.       Enter the full credit card or debit card in the Credit Card is text box.

3.       Choose the Select button to start the search. All payments that have match the search criteria are displayed. If no payments match the criteria entered then the following message is displayed: No payments for the current filter were found.
