Use the Reporting part of the system to prepare and produce a series of reports on the data in the system.
There are standard reports and you can design your own customised reports.
This is the procedure for working with reports:
Use the Data Extract screen to create a report, or use the Enterprise Reports menu to select a standard report from the screen.
Create an encryption key for the report (available on the Data Extract screen) or select an existing encryption key from the Encryption Keys screen.
When you have run the report, use the Data Download screen to download the report data and view the data in a third party application, for example, Microsoft Excel.
There are three report options on the Reporting menu:
Enterprise Reports - A range of standard reports for you to run
Data Extract - Design and run your own reports
Data Download - Download data from the report
