Data Extract

Use this screen to design and produce your own reports. Then run them to get the report you want.

You can also use this screen to search for reports that you or your colleagues have created in the past.

Note: This screen controls custom reports, it does not control the set of standard (Enterprise) reports that are supplied with the system See Enterprise Reports for information on these standard reports.

To use the Data Extract Definition screen:

From the Reporting menu, select Data Extract Definition. The Data Extract Definition screen appears.

The screen shows all your saved custom reports listed below several fields for the search filter.

You can do four basic tasks from this screen:

Find an existing report - This is a report that has been created by you or your colleagues, it is not a standard report that we provide with the system.
Create (Add) a new report
Update an existing report
Copy an existing report
