Enterprise reports are a set of standard reports that are supplied with your system.
To access the enterprise reports:
From the main screen select Reporting and then Enterprise Reports. The Enterprise Reports screen appears.
The reports appear in a list on the screen.
To access a report:
Select the report from the list on the screen. For this example, we've selected the Chargeback Analyst Summary report:
This section shows you how to run an existing report, once it has been set up.
There are three types of enterprise report supplied as standard with Worldpay DRC. They are:
Chargebacks Grouped by Attribute
Note: You need an encryption key to run the report. See Encryption Keys for more information.
