To make a report you access the system database.
This has security implications for yourself and your customers. So, to protect personal information, you must create an encryption key before you can produce any reports.
When you create an encryption key, the system stores the key. Use the Encryption Keys screen to view the saved keys.
To display the Encryption Keys screen:
From the Landing screen, select the Configure menu and select Encryption Keys. The Encryption Key screen appears.
To view an encryption key:
From the Encryption Key screen, select the encryption key you want. If there are a large numbers of encryption keys, enter the name or a part of the name of the encryption key in the Name field. Then click Filter to search for encryption keys with that name.
Click the checkbox to the left of the encryption key you want.
Click Show on the right of the encryption key you want. The Encryption Key detail screen appears.
You cannot edit this screen, but you can view it. Use the vertical scroll bar to see the public key. Click Back to return to the Encryption Key screen.
