fastAccessFunding

The fastAccessFunding element is the parent element for the transaction type that a Payment Facilitator or direct merchant uses to move funds to a sub-merchant/customer held debit card. Payment Facilitators must use the fundingSubmerchantId and submerchantName elements. Direct merchants must use the fundingCustomerId and customerName elements.
