Appendix D - Dynamic Payout

This appendix discusses the RealNet Payments, LLC (RealNet) Instruction-Based Dynamic Payout option provided for use by Payment Facilitators and direct merchants.

Only direct merchants with the following MCCs can use Dynamic Payout:

  • 4829 (Visa and Mastercard) - Money Orders – Wire Transfer

  • 7800 (Visa and Mastercard) - Government Owned Lotteries

  • 7801 (Visa and Mastercard) - Government Licensed Casinos (Online Gambling)

  • 7802 (Visa and Mastercard) - Government Licensed Horse/Dog Racing
