Payment disputes

Purpose

To list all your transactions that are in dispute, and enable you to look at any one of these disputes in detail.

Use

• Show the transactions in a list by Order Code

• Show the transactions in a list by Creation Date

• Show the transactions in a list by Current Status

• Look at a transaction in detail

• See the payment's current status

To display this window

1.       Log into the Worldpay system.

2.       Select the Dispute Management menu option. The Payment Disputes window appears.
