Output of the Get Statement Report

The generated output of the Get Statement report is made up of:

Parameters

This shows you the parameters that were chosen for the report.

Details

This shows you details for the column headings (fields) based on the Saved Report Format setting chosen in the drop-down of the Manage Report Column Configurations part of the report parameters page. The default configuration is 'Statement'. See Make your own Reports to learn more.

Be aware that certain fields are only filled in at certain payment statuses. For example, the Transfer Currency and Transfer Amount fields are only populated once a payment has reached the SETTLED payment status.

Summary

This gives you summary information (totals) for the payments displayed in the Details section of the report. Summary information is displayed only for certain payment statuses.

The table below shows which fields to refer to for summary details. For example, if you report on CAPTURED payments for a particular time period, then the total payment amount of the captured payments is displayed in the In Process Captured Amount field in the Summary section. For other payment statuses, for example CANCELLED or REFUSED, totals are not displayed and you will need to refer to the Payment Amount field in the Details section of the report and make your own calculations, if required.

By choosing the Excel Spreadsheet option in the Format drop-down of the report parameters page you can make your own calculations using Microsoft Excel.
