There are two format options available when sending domestic payments to Poland:

IBAN

The IBAN is highly recommended when making payments to Poland.

The IBAN is 28 characters in the following format: PLkk bbbs sssx cccc cccc cccc cccc Where kk = check digits, b = national bank code, s = branch code, x = national check digit and c = account number.
