Use the Recurring Payments (FuturePay) Shopper Home page to view a summary of your agreements and to select the agreement you wish to view/ amend. The page also provides a link to the Edit User Details page where you can edit your login details.
The following table describes each element or 'item' on the page, top-to-bottom, left-to-right.

Select this button to display the Edit User Details page. From here you can change the user-name and password you use to log on to the Shopper Management System along with your email address, challenge question and response (for forgotten password). Agreement ID
|
The unique numerical reference identifying your agreement. If you have more than one agreement set up with the same user-name and password, each of your agreements will be listed here. The Agreement ID is automatically generated by Worldpay at the time the agreement is created. Select the hypertext to go to theRecurruring Payments (FuturePay) Agreement Details page and view details for this agreement, including the ability to cancel the agreement. Created Date |
The date (in the format DD Month YYYY) and time (in GMT) the agreement was created. |

Merchant Reference
|
The most recent reference used by the online store to identify this agreement. |
|
Description |
A description of the agreement assigned by the online store when the agreement was created. |

Status
|
The current status of the agreement. This can be one of: Just Created, Operational, Complete, Cancelled by Merchant, Cancelled by Shopper, Awaiting Start Date, Attempt Limit Reached, Merchant Account Suspended, Shopper Card Expired, Waiting Validation Payment.
