Certain agreements finish at a point agreed between you and the online store (after a specified end date, total amount paid or number of payments) and other types of agreement will be run indefinitely, unless they are cancelled.
To renew an agreement with a specified finish point, please contact the online store directly.
If a point for completion has not been specified for your Recurring Payments (FuturePay) agreement and you decide to cancel your Recurring Payments agreement, please refer to Cancel Your Agreement.
If your card details have changed since your last payment, your agreement will be 'suspended' and you will need to 're-activate' your agreement by entering new card details. For more information, please refer to Change Your Card Details.
If Worldpay has attempted to take 3 payments that have failed, your agreement will be 'suspended' until you take action. For more information, please refer to Payments Failed?
