Transaction Activity Fields

The Transaction Activity page shows the history of the transaction from Authorization to Settlement.

This page may be blue or tan (pulling from the OLTP DB or RTP DB) depending upon how you navigated it. If you navigated to it from a live mode (blue) then it will be in live mode. If you navigated to it from a reporting mode page (tan) then it will be in reporting mode.

You must be in live mode to Edit a transaction. Only transactions in Authorized status can be edited.

Transaction Activity Fields

The following table provides more details about the Transaction Activity fields.

Field	Definition
Trans ID	Number issued by XiPay to identify a specific transaction.
Server ID	The Server ID assigned to the transactions.
Card Number	The credit card number the authorization request is to be made under. The card number is hidden for security purposes.
Last Updated Date & Time	Time and date of the last time that transaction was update in XiPay.
Status	Most current status of the transaction in XiPay.
Authorized Amount	Amount the transaction was authorized.
Settlement Amount	Displays the amount the transaction is to be settled for. This number may differ than the amount the transaction was authorized for.
Authorization Code	Authorization code issued by the clearinghouse.
Batch ID	The identification number given by the merchant to reference a group of transactions.
Authorized Date & Time	Time and date of the initial authorization request given by XiPay.
Settlement Date & Time	Date and time settlement occurred.
Server ID	The Server ID assigned to the transactions.
Log ID	The log ID record. By clicking on a link, the Historical Record Screen is displayed.
Origin	The action that created the activity.
Status	The status of the transaction at the time the activity was recorded.
Type	The type of activity performed.
Message	This field lists any message that pertains to the user.
Date & Time	The date and time the activity occurred.
