If you cannot remember your password:
Note: This procedure only works if an email address is associated with your user account. If not, contact your Administrator or, if you are the Administrator, you will need to contact Worldpay.
Select the Forgotten Your Password? link that appears just below the username and password fields on the Login page.
The Forgotten Your Password? page displays.
Complete all the fields and select Generate and send Password.
If the details you enter are correct (that is, they match a record held in the system) you will be shown part of the new password, and the rest will be emailed to you.
We recommend you change this system-generated password as soon as you get it to something you find easy to remember – you can do so using the Changing your password page.
If your attempts to complete the Forgotten Your Password page fail, you will need to contact your Administrator – the person who issued you with the original username or, if you are the Administrator, you will need to contact Worldpay.
