Installations

This screen shows the unique reference number assigned by Worldpay to your installation of Hosted Payment Pages and a number of other permissions.

You can have one or more Installation IDs which can be used in live mode or in test mode. It also shows all the other installation IDs for your organisation, if any.

Viewing your Installation ID and requesting account activation

Select Integration from the left-hand menu, then click the Installation menu at the top of the page. Your Installation ID is displayed, along with any others you may have.

Click the tick button in the Request Activation column for the installation that you want to set live. Then, within the Activation Request Form page, enter the following information:

Once you've entered the above information, tick the button to confirm that your website is compliant with our website rules.

Note:  You should not submit your Activation Request until your website is integrated with Worldpay and you are following our website rules. Failure to do so will result in a delay in going live.

We'll check your website for compliance within two days of you submitting your Activation Request and making a test transaction to make sure everything is working correctly. After successfully testing your website, we will activate your installation and send confirmation to you by email. Please follow the instructions outlined to accept live payments on your website.

Payment Page Editor

If you use Worldpay's Hosted Payment Pages, this is where you'll customise them. To do so, click Edit Payment Pages.

The Payment Page Editor enables you to choose custom background colours, amend button labels and page titles, and add images so that the payment pages match the design of your existing website. You can customise these pages:

If you use Version 1 and 3 of the Hosted Payment Pages, see the Customising Guide (Standard) and the Customising Guide (Advanced). If you use Version 4, see the Hosted Payment Pages Guide.

Migrating to the new payment pages

To migrate to the new payment pages, you first need to ask your web developer to make some small changes to your settings in the Merchant Admin Interface.

Once your service has migrated to the new payment pages, your web designer can then customise your pages in the Test environment and then publish these to the Production environment, where they will be visible to shoppers.

To get the process started, contact our technical support team who will enable the migration facility.
