About the Hosted Payment Pages

The Hosted Payment Pages make it easy to add secure payment processing to your ecommerce business.

We provide the payment pages where your customers can securely enter their payment details. We make sure each payment is processed and we let you know the result.

The payment pages have a clear, modern design, to which you can optionally add your branding and make other customisations. In addition, the payment pages automatically adapt to different device types. Your customers can make payments from smartphones, tablets and desktops.

The Hosted Payment Pages can help you reduce your Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) requirements and costs.

Features

Integration methods

The Hosted Payment Pages are for use with our XML Redirect model. You can use XML Redirect if you do not want to collect and store shoppers’ payment details. Instead you redirect your shoppers to the Worldpay payment pages. We securely handle sensitive shopper information and manage the payment process.

We provide two ways to integrate:

  • Full-page redirect
The Hosted Payment Pages are displayed full-page in a browser. When your customers are redirected to the Hosted Payment Pages, the web address for the Hosted Payment Pages is displayed. Full-page redirect supports over 60 payment methods.
  • iframe or lightbox
The Hosted Payment Pages are displayed in an iframe or lightbox within your website. When you redirect your customers to our payment pages, the web address for your website remains unchanged, providing a more seamless shopping experience. An iframe or lightbox integration requires a more advanced integration.
APMs must be consumed via a full-page redirect integration. The use of JavaScript is optional for this integration type, but you should note that Javascript may be required for some of the payment methods accessed via HPP. We therefore recommend that you tell your shoppers to have JavaScript and 3rd party cookies enabled before they select and use an APM website.

For more information about the XML Redirect model, see Hosted Integration in the Worldwide Payment Gateway Integration Guide.
