Note: The number of reports you can see may very, depending on the permissions on your account, and you may not be able to see all of the smart tabs described below.
You can view, maintain and download a range of standard reports in a choice of formats, listed by category. For a full list of reports, see Full list of reports available.
These are event-based reports that help you manage your transactions.
Every time a payment changes status, it is recorded as an event on our system and it can be reported.
In the Get Statement report you can view an individual status, such as:
AUTHORISED
CAPTURED
REFUND
SETTLED
All statuses within a given time period can also be viewed.
Transaction-based information is recorded in the Merchant Admin Interface. You can view it using:
A Merchant Admin Interface menu option, such as the Payments page
The Get Statement report
Email notifications
Sent when defined payment statuses take place.
HTTP
You can also receive reports in the HTTP format. For more information, see Financial reports.
You can use this information, for example, to store transaction details in a database or create your own reports.

This report enables you to view payments that have been processed through our system, for a defined account, within a specified time period. The report will return all results if run for a month, but is limited to 1000 entries/lines if the values in the From Date and Until Date are more than a month apart.
A default configuration called Statement displays a report with commonly used column heading fields. However, you can set up your own column heading configurations. There are a wide variety of fields that can be included in a report, for example:
Shopper details
Shopper name
Email address
Cart id
Risk details
Warnings and caution alerts
AVS results
Authentication results
Payment information
The shopper payment amount and payment currency
The currency you are paid in
The amount due to you after deductions (transfer currency and amount)
You can customise a report using the column Configuration tool. You can also generate it in the most suitable format for you. For example, you can display a report as a Web page or download it as an Excel file or a Comma Separated text.
You can also schedule a Get Statement report so that you receive it by email every day, week or month. For more information, see the Get Statement report and the Scheduling the Report page.
This report gives an overview of payments done in a certain time period (maximum one month).
It shows:
Order code
Payment type
Event
Amount
These are reports that help you understand:
What funds we have transferred to your account(s)
Any charges we have made
The following invoices are sent by our Payment Service via email and provide you with details of our charges:
Monthly invoice
Manual invoices and credit notes
Annual invoice - this applies if you pay an annual fee for our service
