This section shows the parameters that were selected on the report parameters page.

This section shows the column headings (fields), based on the configuration chosen in the Saved Report Format field of the report parameters page. The default configuration is Statement. See Configure your own Reports for more details.
Note: Certain fields are only populated when the
relevant payment status is reached. For example, the Transfer
Currency and Transfer Amount fields are only populated once a
payment has reached the SETTLED payment status.

This section shows totals for the payments in the Details section of the report. Summary information only displays for certain payment statuses.
The table below shows where to find summary details. For example, if you report on CAPTURED payments for a particular time period, the total amount of captured payments displays in the In Process Captured Amount field in the Summary section. For other payment statuses, for example CANCELLED or REFUSED, totals are not displayed. You need to see the Payment Amount field in the Details section and make your own calculations, if required.
Note: If you choose Excel Spreadsheet as your output format, you can use the program's features to carry out your required calculations.

Note: You need to access the Payment and Order Details pop-up box to check the amount sent for refund. If you generate a Web version of a report, you can display the pop-up box by selecting the Payment Amount hyperlink for the relevant payment.
