Use the Transfer Summary in the Financial Status page to view details about forthcoming transfers to your bank account for the current merchant code.
Select the Transactions tab from the left-hand menu, then click on the Financial Status menu button at the top.
Locate the Transfer Summary.
The transfer batches listed in the Transfer Summary provide you with an estimate of what is to be transferred to you. The date of transfer is also displayed.
Payments that are to be transferred to you are grouped together in transfer batches (batches of payments settled within a particular time period, typically, seven days). As soon as a new batch is open for accepting settled payments it is available for viewing in the Transfer Summary.
Depending on your contract, there is a delay after a transfer batch is closed for accepting settled payments and when funds are transferred to you. During this time, the batch remains available for viewing in the Transfer Summary, and refunds and chargebacks may be added during this time.
The number of transfer batches displayed in the Transfer Summary will vary depending on the agreement we have with you (how frequently we transfer funds owed to you and your transfer delay). Details of your next transfer are displayed in the Next Transfer summary line. Subsequent transfers are displayed below. For most merchants who are paid weekly and have a standard zero- or one-day transfer delay, this means that there will be up to four transfer batches displayed at any one time.
You can tell whether a batch is open or closed for accepting settled payments. To do this:
Select the Transfer Currency or Amount link to open the Balance Overview page for the transfer batch.
You can then view the date range in the Period Begin Date and Period End Date fields.
On the date the batch is transferred to you, it is removed from the Transfer Summary.
Full details of the transfer are detailed in the Transfer report sent to you by email at time of transfer. This report gives you:
Details of all charges
Details of any funds that have been moved to or from your deposit
The total amount transferred to your bank account
When a payment is settled to our payment service by the acquirer, we calculate any transaction-level charges (that is, Transaction Service Charges and Guarantee Service charges (if applicable)). The exchange rate is also calculated for any payments made by shoppers in a currency other than your transfer currency. The payment is then displayed net of transaction-level charges at the SETTLED payment status. These SETTLED payments are placed in the open transfer batch for settled payments. When the batch is closed, this gives you an estimate of what is to be transferred to you.
You should take into account that refunds, chargebacks or special credits/debits may be added to the batch, plus any additional charges/adjustments that may be made in your scheduled transfer of funds. These are:
Funds Transfer Costs and VAT levied in your transfer invoice. You will not know these for sure until your transfer invoice is raised
Any deposit corrections made as per your transfer report. You will not know these for sure until your next transfer
The charges due in your next monthly invoice - for example, monthly/annual processing fees, refund and chargeback costs, risk management transaction charges. You will not know these for sure until your monthly invoice is raised
Select the Transfer Currency or Amount link to open a transfer batch. The Balance Overview page is displayed. For further details, refer to the Balance Overview page.
Select the Transfer Currency or Amount hyperlink in the Total to be Transferred field to view paid transfer batches. For further details, refer to Balance overview - paid.
