The order code that you, the merchant, generates is the best way to trace an order. You should include this order code on any order confirmation emails so that the shopper is aware of the order code and can refer to it if necessary.

Restrictions

The PSP has a strict vetting procedure to ensure that:

  • Merchants in specific lines of business cannot use the Konbini and Pay-easy payment types.
  • Merchants selling specific types of product cannot use the Konbini and Pay-easy payment types.
  • The merchant’s website conforms to a number of requirements set out by the PSP.
