Refunds
BillDesk advise against refunding EMI agreements. The refund, either partial or in full, would mean the shopper has paid back the agreement with their chosen lending bank, however this means the shopper will also be charged an early settlement fee by their lending bank. Early settlement fees are applied per bank and can change at any time, without notice. These fees are not made available to BillDesk by the bank.
