Page description – Configuration Details page

Use the Configuration Details page to view your bank details and configure the options that enable you to administer your account on the Merchant Interface.

The following table describes each element or 'item' on the page,  top-to-bottom, left-to-right.

Bank account details

This section displays details about your bank account. Fields are read-only.

Account Holders Name

The account holder's name.

Account Holders Address

The account holder's address.

Account Holders City

The account holder's town/city.

Account Number

The account number.

Bank Branch Sort Code

The Sort Code.

Swift Code

 

Bank Name

The bank's name.

Bank Address

The bank's address.

Bank City

The relevant town/city.

Bank Country

The relevant country.

Account Reference

 

Last Updated

The date the Payment Service last updated your bank details.

Payment service details

This section enables you to view details and configure various options relating to your account.

Settlement Currency

Displays the currency in which funds due to you are transferred. This field is read-only.

Maximum Transaction Amount

Displays the maximum value of a single payment that can be made by a shopper for this merchant account. If a shopper places an order exceeding this maximum value, then the payment will not be processed. This field is read-only.

Deposit Amount

The amount the Payment Service holds in deposit (as agreed in your contract) to secure payment of possible chargebacks. It is a fixed value placed as a guarantee.

Capture Delay

Select the capture delay in the Capture Delay drop-down menu.

  • 0 (zero) - no capture delay

  • 1 - 14 days - sets a capture delay in number of days

  • Off - turns the capture delay off. This means you must manually capture payments.

Minimum remittance amount is only applicable if we remit money to you

 

Minimum Remittance Amount GBP

Enter an amount in the text box that is the lower limit for funds that are to be transferred to you for a given period. The currency in which funds due to you are paid is displayed before the text box. If the balance due to you is lower than this amount, no funds are transferred to you for this period.

The merchant cannot lower this value below the minimum value set per currency. For example: 10.00 GBP.

 

Select this button to save changes to the fields in the Payment Service Details section of the page.

Merchant locale settings

This section enables you to change Locale settings.

Language

Select a language from the Language drop-down menu.

Country

Select a country from the Country drop-down menu.

Select this button to save changes to the fields in the Merchant Locale Settings section of the page.

Email address configuration

This section enables you to set up email notifications.

Send automatic email receipts for purchase payments

Select the Yes radio button to specify that you want to receive email notifications. Now move to the Email Address for Receipts field and enter an email address.

Select the No radio button to specify that you do not want to receive email notifications.

The Not Set radio button has the same effect as the No radio button.

Email address for receipts

Enter an email address in the text box to receive automatic email notifications for payments that reach the AUTHORISED payment status. You will also receive an email notification for a payment that has the status of SENT_FOR_REFUND or if a payment is given the payment status of REFUSED. Note you must have selected the Yes radio button in the Send Automatic Email Receipts for Purchase Payments to receive automatic notifications.

Merchant support email address quoted in shopper receipts

Enter a valid email address in the text box if you want to include a support email address in Shopper Confirmation emails. This enables shoppers to contact you.

RFI & chargeback email address

Enter an email address to receive automatic email notifications for disputed payments. You will receive notifications for Requests for Information (RFIs) and Chargebacks. Note that you must select the Yes radio button in the Send Automatic Email Receipts for Purchase Payments field to receive automatic notifications.

Select this button to save changes to the fields in the Email Address Configuration section of the page.

MasterPass specific settings

This section enables you to upload your company logo to be displayed on the MasterPass digital wallet.

Upload custom logo to be displayed with MasterPass

Enter a URL that points towards your logo image file, press Enter and wait for a preview to appear. Click the Save button to save your changes—the logo will be sent to MasterPass and processed overnight.

If your logo exceeds 30 pixels high by 100 pixels wide, it will be scaled proportionately to fit within these dimensions. Standard image types such as .jpg, .gif, .png and .ico are allowed.

 

V.me specific settings

This section enables you to upload your company logo to be displayed on the V.me by Visa digital wallet.

Upload V.me custom payment page logo

Browse for your company logo and click the upload button to upload this to the V.me wallet.

The logo must be a .png file of 40 pixels high by 150 pixels wide, and no more than 100KB in size. It may take a day to appear on your V.me wallet.
