Use the Payments page and the Payment and Order Details pop-up box in the Merchant Interface to view the latest payment status details. The current payment status is available from the Last Event field in the Payments page. The financial details relating to a relevant payment status is available by accessing the Payment and Order Details pop-up box for your chosen payment.
To view payment status details:
1. Login to the Merchant Interface using your user-name and password.
2. Select the Payments option from the left-hand menu. The Payments page opens displaying details of your payments for the selected merchant code. (Note if you have more than one account, and have not yet selected a merchant code, you will be asked to do so before accessing this page.)
3. Find the payment you want to view by either scrolling through the list of payments or using a filter to find the payment. To search for payments with a specific status, use the Last Event filter (search for AUTHORISED, REFUSED, CAPTURED, SETTLED etc).
4. To access further details about a particular payment, select the Amount hypertext link. This opens the Payment and Order Details pop-up box.
5. Navigate to the Payment Status section of the pop-up box. This displays the latest payment status and financial details associated with this status. Details about history of the payment can be found in the Payment History section of the pop-up box.
6. Close the Payment Details pop-up box by selecting the close icon in the top right-hand corner of the box. The Payments Page is displayed.
