Searching for payments

You can carry out a range of searches to find a payment or a selection of payments using the Merchant Interface. These include searching using a Transaction ID, cart ID, date or date range.

Searches for all payments are made either using filters found on the column heading on the Payments page, or using the Search facility on the Payments sub-menu.

You can use either method of searching depending on your preference.
