Emails to your shoppers

Most Recurring Payments (FuturePay) transactions and events are confirmed by automatically generated emails sent to your shoppers.

Each email clearly explains to the shopper that the confirmed transaction is in relation to their agreement with you. This makes it easier for your shoppers to match entries on their credit/debit cards statements. The email content depends upon the options applied to the agreement.

 

You can customise the emails we send to your shoppers by adding your own text, such as promotional messages. See Customising The Shopper Interface for details.

 

The following is an example of an email sent by the payment system when an agreement is set up:

For all enquiries about your order, such as delivery, cancellation, duplicate payments and refunds, please email your merchant at david.webb@test.worldpay.com quoting the agreement ID shown above.
