You can change the emails and Payment Service Web pages displayed to your shoppers in several ways.
When a shopper has committed to an agreement, you can present your own version of the Confirmation Page:

The Payment Page Editor (part of the Merchant Interface)
The configuration files we supply, which you can copy and modify as required

You can use the Payment Notifications (Callbacks) feature to provide an HTML file to be used in place of the Confirmation Page we supply.

You can add text to the emails we send to your shoppers:
