Configuring statements

You can create your own layout for reports so they present exactly the information you require. To do so, you can create your own configurations, or add, remove and adjust the positions of columns in existing configurations.

1.       Login to the Merchant Interface and select the FuturePay option from the left-hand Menu.
The Merchant FuturePay Administration Page displays.

2.       Select the Reports option under FuturePay, from the left-hand Menu.
The Reporting Page displays, listing the types of reports that are available. Each report type is a link that opens the appropriate reporting page.

3.       Select the FuturePay Statement View option.
The Reporting Page for this type of report displays.

Create a new configuration

1.       Click Create in the Manage Report Column Configurations area at the bottom of the page.
If you have already created one or more layout formats, you can select one from the displayed list to use as the basis for a new layout, before clicking Create.

2.       The Report Column Configuration Page displays.

3.       Click Edit in the appropriate column configuration row at the bottom of the page.

4.       Select the items that you want to move from one list to the other, and click the appropriate arrow.
As an alternative, click one of the move all buttons to move all items from one list to the other.

5.       To move an item up or down the list, select it and then click the up or down buttons.
The top item in the list corresponds to the left column in the report.

6.       When you are finished with the layout, enter a name in the field to the side of the save button

7.       Click save.
If the configuration has already been named, select the update button to save the changes.

8.       Click go back to return to the FuturePay Statement View report Page.

 

Statement type reports provide a lot of flexibility. You can create layouts to suit a range of purposes, and define a separate schedule for each one.
