Excel format reports

To generate a report in Excel format showing, for example, all of your agreements for the past month:

1.       Login to the Merchant Interface and select the FuturePay option from the left-hand Menu.
The Merchant FuturePay Administration Page displays.

2.       Select the Reports option under FuturePay, from the left-hand Menu.
The Reporting Page displays, listing the types of reports that are available.

Each report type is a link that opens the appropriate reporting page.

3.       Select the FuturePay Statement View option.
The Reporting Page for this type of report displays.

4.       Enter your merchant code in the Merchant code field.

5.       Enter the date for a month ago in the Statement Start field.

You use one of the date options and then modify the available date.

6.       Enter today's date in the Statement End field.

You can select the today option.

7.       In the Format drop-down menu, select Excel spreadsheet.

8.       Accept the defaults and click the generate button.
Once the report has been generated you can save it or view it immediately.

The reporting page allows you to generate statements that meet a wide variety of other criteria. You can choose to view the results as a Web page, as an email, or save them in various formats, such as PDF and comma-separated text.
