Statement View Page

The following tables describe each element on the page.

Page Item

Description

Administration code

The current administration code.

Merchant code

Our unique identifying code for the merchant. This is generated by us when the merchant opens an account.

Statement Start

The start date and time for retrieved agreements. YYYY-MM-DD format, with an optional hh:mm[ss] time display. A calendar is also displayed, together with yesterday and today hyperlinks.

Statement End

The end date and time for retrieved agreements. YYYY-MM-DD format, with an optional hh:mm[ss] time display. A calendar is also displayed, together with yesterday and today hyperlinks.

Agreement Type

Allows you to select the type of agreement. The options are:

  • All

  • Limited

  • Regular

Current agreement status

Allows you to define the current status of the agreements.

Agreement status in period

Allows you to define the status of the agreements during the search period you selected using the Statement Start and Statement End fields.

Format

Allows you to select the output format of the report.

The options are:

  • Excel spreadsheet

  • Web page

  • PDF

  • Comma separated text

  • Tab separated text

Column Configuration

Select one of your pre-defined column configurations, if appropriate.

Output

Allows you to specify how the report is delivered. You can choose to view it on screen, or for it to be emailed. You can also schedule the report to be generated on a regular basis.

Generate

Generates the report.

If you have selected Schedule the report, the report will be generated according to your schedule settings.

You can also select a different column configuration for each schedule you create.

Clear form

Clears your current selections and resets the form to the default settings.

Go back

Returns you to the Reporting Page.

Manage the Report Schedules

Allows you to load, create, change and delete schedules.

Reference

The reference name of the schedule.

Schedule Description

A description of the selected schedule.

Load

Loads the saved schedule so that it populates the relevant fields. You can choose to view the report immediately, or to save it in one of the available formats.

Delete

Deletes the schedule.

Manage the Report Column Configurations

Allows you create, change and delete configurations.

Create a new column configuration based upon a standard configuration

Allows you to create new layout configurations. Use the drop-down menu to select an existing configuration as the basis for the new one.

Column Configuration row

To create a new configuration, select an existing configuration to use as a basis, then click the create button.

Create

Allows you to create a new layout configuration. Select to open the Report Column Configuration Page.

Edit or delete your own configurations

Lists your configurations. The buttons allow you to edit or delete them.

Edit

Appears next to any new layout configurations you create. It allows you to make changes to an existing layout by opening the Report Column Configuration Page.

Delete

Appears next to any new layout configurations you create. It allows you to delete the layout configuration.
