Resetting a shopper's password

You can reset a shopper's password through the View Agreement page:

1.       Log in to the Merchant Interface and select the FuturePay option from the left-hand menu.
The Merchant FuturePay Administration Page displays.

2.       Enter the Agreement ID.

3.       Click View Agreement.
The agreement displays.

4.       Click Reset Shopper Password.
A new password is generated and sent by email to the shopper only. You never have access to the password.

If successful, a green banner displays at the top of the page informing you that the password has been reset. If unsuccessful, a red banner displays with the reason why the attempt failed.

A record of the reset is kept in the agreement's audit history.
