Changing a shopper's email address

You can change a shopper's email address through the View Agreement Page:

1.       Log in to the Merchant Interface and select the FuturePay option from the left-hand menu.
The Merchant FuturePay Administration Page displays.

2.       Enter the Agreement ID.

3.       Click View Agreement.
The agreement displays.

4.       Click Update Shopper Email Address.
The Update Shoppers Email Address Page displays.

5.       Enter the new email address in the New Email Address field.

6.       Click Submit.

If successful, a green banner displays at the top of the page informing you that the email address has been changed. If unsuccessful, a red banner displays with the reason why the attempt failed.

A record of the update will also be kept in the agreement's audit history.
