This page explains how to log in to the Worldpay Business Manager, and how to set your password up correctly.
When you joined WorldPay you were sent an email containing:
your User Name
a temporary Password
your Admin Code
On the Please Log In page:
1. Type your User Name and temporary Password. Use capital letters and small letters in the right places and do not include extra spaces or it won't work.
2. Click the Login button.
You will be asked to change your password.
3. Type your temporary password in the Existing Password box.
4. Type the New Password you want to use.
This password must be at least 8 characters long, and must include at least one letter and one number.
The password should not include any part of your User Name.
5. Type your new password again in the Confirm New Password box.
6. Click Save Changes to move on.
7. On the Successfully Logged In page, choose a Merchant Code to view and manage and click Proceed.
You are now logged in to the Home Page of the Worldpay Business Manager. Use your new password to log in from now on.
