The Worldpay Shopper Management System is an online, password protected tool for managing your Recurring Payment (FuturePay) agreement(s).
Online stores that use the Worldpay service to process payments securely over the internet can also use our service to create Recurring Payment (FuturePay) agreements with their customers. Recurring Payment (FuturePay) agreements are online arrangements similar to Standing Orders and Direct Debits, but funds can also be debited from your debit or credit card.
You can use our Shopper Management System to carry out a number of tasks, including:
view your agreement and payment details - for example to check that a payment has been taken successfully
change the credit or debit card payments are debited from
change your contact details such as your email address for transaction confirmation emails
instruct our system to attempt to take an outstanding payment
cancel your agreement.
