View Changes to your Agreement

Agreement audits show the history of changes to your Recurring Payments (FuturePay) agreement. From here you can see, for example, when your contact or card details were changed.

To view your agreement audit:

  1. Log in to the Shopper Management System. For more information on logging in, refer to Log in to the Shopper Management System.

    The Recurring Payments (FuturePay) Shopper Home Page is displayed.

  2. Under the Agreement ID column, select the hypertext displaying the Agreement ID you want to view changes for.

    The Recurring Payments (FuturePay) Agreement Details screen is displayed.

  3. Select the View Agreement Audits button in the top right hand corner of the screen.

    The View Agreement Audits page is displayed. From here you can view the following information:

Date - time

The date and time (in GMT) at which a change was made to your Recurring Payments (FuturePay)  agreement. This could be, for example, when the Agreement was suspended or cancelled or when your contact or card details were changed.

Amended Field

 

A brief description of the field that has been amended. For example, 'futurepay shopper change contact' means that the Contact Details have been changed by the Shopper.

Old Value

 

The old value of the amended field e.g. the old email address.

New Value

 

The new value of the amended field  e.g. the new email address.

  1. Once you have finished viewing the Agreement Audit page, select the Go Back to Agreement button to return to the Recurring Payments (FuturePay) Agreement Details page.
