You can view the status of an agreement online, using the Shopper Management System, as described below. This allows you, for example, to check that your agreement has been set up or cancelled successfully.
Log in to the Shopper Management System. For more information on logging in, please refer to Log in to the Shopper Management System.
The Recurring Payments (FuturePay) Shopper Home Page is displayed.
Under the Agreement ID column, select the hypertext displaying the Agreement ID for the agreement you want to view the agreement status for.
The Recurring Payments (FuturePay) Agreement Details page is displayed.
The status of your Agreement is displayed below the Information header in the Agreement Status field. For more information, please refer to Recurring Payments (FuturePay) Agreement Details Page Description.
The following payment statuses can be displayed:

Just Created
|
The agreement has been created but is not yet operational. |

Operational

The agreement is operational. |

Complete
|
The agreement has been completed (the specified number of payments, end date or total amount payable has been reached) and no further payments will be taken. |

Cancelled by Merchant |
The agreement has been cancelled by the online store. |
|
Cancelled by Shopper |
The agreement has been cancelled by the shopper. |
|
Awaiting Start Date
|
The agreement has been set up but no payments yet taken as the start date is in the future. |
|
Attempt Limit Reached |
Three (3) unsuccessful attempts have been made to take a payment. The agreement is now suspended until you take action. For more information, please refer to Payments failed? |
|
Shopper Card Expired |
The credit or debit card we have on record has expired and you need to update your payment details. For more information, please refer to Change your Payment Details. |
Select the Go to Home Page button to return to the Recurring Payments (FuturePay) Shopper HomePage.
