Managing Visa Checkout transactions

This section explains how to view and identify Visa Checkout transactions.

Viewing Visa Checkout transactions

To identify payments that have been processed through Visa Checkout, use the Merchant Admin Interface Payment and Order Details page:

In the Merchant Interface, click Payments on the left-hand menu to see details of your payments in the Payments page.

Click either the Transaction ID or Amount hyperlinks to display the Payment and Order Details page for a particular transaction.

If the payment is a Visa Checkout transaction, a Wallet Type field displays VisaCheckout in the Payment Details section.

You can use the Worldpay Merchant Interface to produce two Worldpay reports that contain Visa Checkout transactions. The reports are:

Get Statement: a Digital Wallet column can be added to the report, which returns a Visa Checkout value if the transaction was made with Visa Checkout. A blank value indicates that the transaction did not come through a digital wallet. The Get Statement report is available by default in your list of reports on the Merchant Admin Interface.
Digital Wallet Transactions: this report is specific to digital wallets, such as Visa Checkout and Masterpass transactions. To add this report to your list of available reports, contact Worldpay Corporate Support.

Note: Merchants with the full Risk Management Service can also see the Payment with Risk Detail report.
