This section explains the various aspects and limitations that you must know before you integrate POLi as a payment method.
The shopper has 20 minutes from the point he or she lands on the POLi payment pages to the point when he or she selects a bank. If shoppers take more than 20 minutes to do this, an exception message appears. After 20 minutes, shoppers can no longer complete the payment and must start again.
