Retry capture

At the moment, we automatically attempt to capture a payment once a day for three days. Now, you can configure your number of retries by using retry capture, a configurable feature which, by default, attempts to recapture a payment once an hour for three days.

You can change the default configuration of retry capture, allowing up to a total of 72 retries over a period of three days. You'll need to contact us to have the default setting changed.

If, after the three days are up, the payment still cannot be captured, the payment status changes to CANCELLED.
