Identify Disputes

This section helps you to identify disputes in the Worldpay Merchant Admin Interface (MAI). For more information on the MAI, see the Merchant Admin Interface Guide.

To identify a disputed transaction:

  1. Go to the Risk menu item, then click the Dispute Management smart tab at the top of the page.

  2. Click the Submit Info option for a PayPal dispute.

  3. Use the Reporting function to locate and identify the transaction.

Here are some example screens:

A chargeback screen

The Dispute type: and Reason fields are highlighted in yellow.

A claim screen

The Dispute type:, Buyers comments: and Reason: fields are highlighted in yellow.

A temporary hold screen

The Dispute type:, and Reason: fields are highlighted in yellow.

An unauthorised claim screen

The Dispute type:, and Reason: fields are highlighted in yellow.
