XiPay WebGUI

End user access to transaction statuses and reports. Also provides the ability to perform transaction operations if given permissions to do so such as auth, settle, credit, etc.

How to Obtain New User Accounts

These users are created and maintained by the designated approving manager for the client's organization via the Merchant Portal. The user account name is determined by the approving manager.

How to Reset or Change a Password

XiPay users are maintained in Merchant Portal. Users can reset or change there own passwords via the XiPay User Management utility at the following URL:

If the user is disabled or locked out, they will not be able to log in, even after resetting their password. There is a link to unlock account which sends an email to all approving managers for the organization, who can then unlock or enable the account as needed from Merchant Portal. Merchant Portal

During the project phase, used for initial configuration and onboarding, and to download relevant documentation. For ongoing operations, used to manage XiPay WebGUI users, renew XiSecure certificates, and submit configuration change requests.

How to Obtain New User Accounts

The initial approving manager, also known as the portal admin, is created by Paymetric at the beginning of the project. The approving manager or portal admin can create additional approving managers as needed. There are other user types that can be created in Merchant Portal. When the user is created, they will receive an email with the URL and account information. A user can also be created as a contact type (for example, functional contact or technical contact) in Merchant Portal and not have Merchant Portal permissions. Users specified as contact types do not receive email notifications as they do not have a Merchant Portal login. The contact information is for reference purposes.

How to Reset or Change a Password

There is a forgot password link on the home page in Merchant Portal. URL. Use this link to reset and change your password. You are emailed a temporary password to use for login, then prompted to create a new password.

Intercept Standalone – SAP Interface

The URL is accessed directly by Intercept Organization Admins to manage card types for the Intercept solution for both Intercept Standalone (XISA) and Intercept SAP (XISAP) implementations.

For standalone implementations:

  • The Intercept SA organization admin also uses it to create and manage DI SA users.

  • It is accessed by DI standalone end users to generate tokens.

For Intercept SAP implementations:

  • The URL is configured in the XiSecure SAP Integration Kit IMG and launched from SAP by the end users.

  • Users are not created in DI when integrated from SAP, they are automatically logged in to DI when launching from the SAP screens.

There are two Intercept SA user account types: organization admin users and Intercept standalone users

For DI Standalone users and Organization Admins, refer to the Login and Password Information topic under the Intercept (a.k.a. Data Intercept) section in Paymetric Assist for information on how to change or reset your password.

For DI SAP users, you do not have a separate login for DI. You are authenticated based on your configuration settings in SAP.
