Getting Started with MFA

1. Determine your two factor authentication method. Order hard tokens if applicable. See Authentication Methods.

2. Determine how many users are in scope. See Users in Scope for MFA

3. Notify end users of upcoming MFA. See Notifying End Users of Multi-Factor Authentication

4. Once enabled by Paymetric, either auto-enroll or submit a ticket to enroll hardware tokens if applicable. See How to Enroll . See Multi-Factor Authentication for Approving Managers for more information.
