Supported Browsers

Merchant Portal supports the following browsers:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) 10 and 11. Note that MS IE Compatibility View is not supported. See Microsoft help for more information on Compatibility View.

  • Microsoft Edge (latest version)

  • Mozilla Firefox (latest version)

  • Google Chrome (latest version)

  • Safari has had limited testing. If problems arise, we recommend using one of the other browsers listed.

Getting Started

Refer to the following for more information on how to navigate Merchant Portal.

Merchant Portal help has multiple ways to find and navigate to information. The following table defines each of the menu bar buttons. If you navigate to a page that is referenced within a topic, use your browser's "Back" button to return the a prior page.

Drop-down navigation menus are available next to the Merchant name and the user name in the top banner bar. In the following example the drop-down menu for the user name is being displayed. Notice the name Widgets2; this is the name of the Merchant that is currently selected. This only applies if you have more than one Merchant in your organization, so you can see which Merchant you are on.

Hover over any of the following to display available menu options: Settings, Resources, or Admin.

Links on the pages are indicated by dark blue text.

Filtering functionality is provided through-out to quickly find information. The following example is from a User list. You can change the filter option if needed, e.g. Begins with, Contains, etc.
